Here's something you've probably heard before:

"There's no such thing as good stress."

And here's something you probably haven't heard before:

"There's no such thing as bad stress."

Sometimes stress can inspire and motivate us - like the last workout you had where you pushed beyond what you thought you were capable of doing.

That stress probably makes you feel pretty awesome.

Other times stress can drain you of energy or your ability to make clear decisions - like the pressure you might have from work, family, or hitting your daily protein goal.

That stress probably makes you feel a little less than awesome.

Despite how we feel about it, stress is just our response to the challenges we face every day.

It's neither good nor bad.

Stress is, however, something that we can use to our advantage once we are able to identify our "stress sweet spot."

So use the downloads on this page and the support system you have with your coaches to help you identify your stress sweet spot and create an action plan for staying in it.

Instructions

Download and print the "Stress Inventory" and "Stress and Recovery Questionnaire" using the links above.

Set aside 10-15 minutes to complete both the Inventory and Questionnaire.

Review your Inventory and Questionnaire with your coach to establish potential action steps for improving your stress and set outcome- and practice-based recovery goals.
