Sessions Personal Training coaches are able to provide you with stress, sleep, and recovery protocols to help you see massive results outside of the gym.
We don't do everything. But we know the people who do. We've cultivated partnerships all around our Los Angeles to provide our members with discounts on services and products you're looking for on your fitness journey.
Traveling and need a workout plan? At dinner and need to know what to eat? Shopping for groceries and need healthy options for the family? We got you! All members receive private communication access to their team to ensure that you are cared for and connected with a coach when you need it most.

Sessions can only be booked by active Sessions Personal Training members.

RESERVED GYM
Reserved Gym is our twist on the big box / open gym concept. Except instead of entering a gym without a plan, you will be provided with 10 unique workouts that progress week-over-week to help you see better results and get rid of the guesswork.
Unlike the big box / open gyms that you experience today, Reserved Gym allows you to reserve a space at a dedicated timeslot to guarantee you're in and out as quickly as possible. No more walking into the gym with no plan of action. No more waiting for the right piece of equipment to use (if you can even find it). No more dealing with meathead and influencers too busy filming their workout that they can't bother to clean up after themselves.
Simply reserve the time that you want to arrive, show up, and get to work.
As an added bonus, you can continue working on your development while being part of a Sessions Personal Training Program-Led Experience.
Where Personal Training is a “Coach-Led” experience (i.e. working with a coach), Reserved Gym is a coach-less, “Program-Led” experience.
During Reserved Gym hours, six unique programs are displayed on our screens that you can follow during your workout.

While Reserved Gym is free to all active Sessions Personal Training Members and Private Training Package Holders, we also offer stand-alone Reserved Gym Memberships to those interested in having a private gym experience and/or those interested in following a program without the requirement of needed a coach.
Our rate for Reserved Gym is $159/month.
Monday: 10:30am - 1:00pm | 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm, 3:00pm
Wednesday: 10:30am - 1:00pm | 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am, 11:00am, 2:00pm, 3:00pm
Friday: 10:30am - 1:00pm | 2:00pm - 4:30pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 2:00pm
