2. How We Use Your Information
To respond to your inquiry and schedule a Tour + 3D Body Scan, consultation, or training session
To provide personal training services and to design and adjust your program safely
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and other transactional messages
To send marketing and promotional messages where you have separately consented (see Section 4)
To process payments, manage memberships, and maintain billing records
To respond to questions, requests, and customer service issues
To improve our website, services, and marketing
To measure advertising performance and, where permitted, to deliver relevant advertising

We do not use health, injury, or body composition information for advertising or targeting purposes.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use the following on our website:
Cookies — small files stored by your browser that remember preferences and support site functionality
Pixels and web beacons — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tags, which help us measure ad performance and understand which marketing brings people to our site
Analytics tools — which collect usage statistics
You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, some parts of our website may not function properly. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
To limit interest-based advertising, you can use the opt-out tools offered by the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), and the ad settings within your Facebook, Instagram, and Google accounts.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
This section describes our SMS program and your rights within it.
If you provide your mobile number, we may send you text messages. We treat two categories of messages separately:
Transactional messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, membership and billing notices, and replies to questions you send us.
Marketing and promotional messages — offers, announcements, and information about our services. We send these only to people who have separately and affirmatively consented to receive them, by checking a marketing consent box on one of our forms.
Program details:
Message frequency varies. It depends on your activity, your appointments, and which messages you've consented to receive.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply; we do not charge for messages.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Some of our messages are sent using automated technology, including an AI assistant that replies on our behalf. If you ask whether you are speaking with a person or an automated system, we will tell you honestly.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. You may also opt out by emailing , by calling us, or by telling any staff member.
We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means — you are not required to use a specific word or channel. Requests are processed promptly and no later than ten (10) business days.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers, opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf.
We maintain a record of do-not-contact requests for at least five (5) years.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
