We’re not a group fitness class, and we’re not a big-box gym. We offer personal training in a small-group setting, so you get all the customization, coaching, and accountability of 1-on-1 training—without the crazy price tag.
Group fitness classes are “one-size-fits-all”—everyone does the same workout, whether it’s right for them or not. At Sessions, your workouts are personalized to your body, goals, and fitness level. No guessing, no random workouts—just real progress.

Most members start feeling stronger and more energized in just a few weeks. By week 6, expect noticeable changes in your strength, physique, and confidence. We recommend 3 workouts per week for the best results, but we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Our nutrition coaching includes done-for-you meal plans, grocery lists, and recipe guides—but we also teach you how to build sustainable eating habits for long-term success.
