A personal training experience within a small supportive group gives you the benefits of one-on-one coaching and accountability at a more accessible price point. With a maximum of six people per coach, our sessions focus on strength and conditioning by utilizing free weights, barbells, kettlebells, and more.

The environment at Sessions Personal Training is accessible to all fitness levels. While our equipment may look serious, our approach is anything but intimidating. We aim to overcome gym intimidation by creating a space where you feel understood and supported. Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, or prevent recurring injury, your team of certified fitness professionals will create a customized program to make sure you crush your goals. You show up. We’ll handle the rest.

WHAT’s INCLUDED

  • The real numbers that matter—body fat percentage, muscle distribution, posture analysis — your monthly scans track muscle gains, fat loss, and body shape changes over time. Side-by-side 3D images let you see and feel the changes happening to your body.

  • To keep you moving forward with your goals, you’ll meet once a month to track your progress, adjust your plan, and set new milestones. Have a question? Just shoot your coach a message in the the app to get answers when you need them.

  • Receive comprehensive meal planning, macro and caloric education, and supplement recommendations to support your fitness journey.

  • Sessions Personal Training is the ONLY gym in Los Angeles certified to coach you through stress, sleep, and recovery. Sleep isn’t just rest—it’s your secret weapon for fat loss, muscle gain, and peak performance. We’ll teach you how to optimize it.
