TRAINING CYCLES

We program your fitness, nutrition, and recovery in progressive 4-week training blocks. Each block is designed to enhance overall fitness, increase strength, improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and boost mobility. As you evolve, so does your program. Your goals and life may change and your feedback enables us to keep you progressing forward no matter what life throws at you.

SETTING A BASELINE

Whether you’re an experienced fitness pro or brand new to strength training, you'll complete six pre-designed workouts accessible to any fitness level. This provides you with an opportunity to get familiar with our equipment, experience different training modalities, and set a baseline for your future progress before jumping into your customized program.

  • We’re not a group fitness class, and we’re not a big-box gym. We offer personal training in a small-group setting, so you get all the customization, coaching, and accountability of 1-on-1 training—without the crazy price tag.

    Group fitness classes are “one-size-fits-all”—everyone does the same workout, whether it’s right for them or not. At Sessions, your workouts are personalized to your body, goals, and fitness level. No guessing, no random workouts—just real progress.

  • Most members start feeling stronger and more energized in just a few weeks. By week 6, expect noticeable changes in your strength, physique, and confidence. We recommend 3 workouts per week for the best results, but we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

  • Our nutrition coaching includes done-for-you meal plans, grocery lists, and recipe guides—but we also teach you how to build sustainable eating habits for long-term success.

    If you’re constantly stressed, not sleeping, and overtraining, your body won’t change. We’re the only gym in LA certified to coach you through stress, sleep, and recovery—so you get better results inside and outside the gym.

  • We’re not cheap—but we’re worth it. Our pricing reflects the personalized attention and expert coaching you get here.
