General Questions

  • We’re not a group fitness class, and we’re not a big-box gym. We offer personal training in a small-group setting, so you get all the customization, coaching, and accountability of 1-on-1 training—without the crazy price tag

  • Group fitness classes are “one-size-fits-all”—everyone does the same workout, whether it’s right for them or not. At Sessions, your workouts are personalized to your body, goals, and fitness level. No guessing, no random workouts—just real progress.

  • Nope! Most of our members start as beginners or have struggled to see results elsewhere. Our programs are built to meet you where you are and progress you at the right pace.

  • That’s exactly why you need a personalized approach! Unlike group fitness classes that force you into one workout, we customize your training to work around injuries, limitations, and movement restrictions—so you can train safely and effectively.

  • Simple! Book a free 3D Body Scan (normally $300) and a consultation with our coaches. We’ll assess your body composition, discuss your goals, and get you on the fastest track to results.

TRaining & Workouts

  • We recommend 3 workouts per week for the best results, but we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

  • Nope! Our strength and conditioning workouts are designed to give you everything you need. If you enjoy extra cardio, we can help you incorporate it without sabotaging your results.

  • Most members start feeling stronger and more energized in just a few weeks. By Month 3, expect noticeable changes in your strength, physique, and confidence.

  • If you love structure, you’re in the right place! We program monthly training cycles so you’re never guessing what to do. But if you have specific training needs, talk to us—we’ll make sure your workouts align with your goals.

Nutrition & recovery

  • Yes! Our nutrition coaching includes done-for-you meal plans, grocery lists, and recipe guides—but we also teach you how to build sustainable eating habits for long-term success.

  • We don’t just tell you what to eat—we coach you through the behaviors and habits that drive your choices. No guilt, no shame—just practical strategies that help you build a better relationship with food.

  • Because if you’re constantly stressed, not sleeping, and overtraining, your body won’t change. We’re the only gym in LA certified to coach you through stress, sleep, and recovery—so you get better results inside and outside the gym.

Terms & Conditions

  • Our pricing reflects the personalized attention and expert coaching you get here. We’re not cheap—but we’re worth it. Schedule a consultation to see which program fits your needs!

  • Yes! Unlike traditional open gym setups, you can reserve a space, so you’re never waiting for equipment. It’s like your own private gym—without the private gym price tag.

  • We don’t believe in locking people into contracts. We believe in results. If you commit to yourself, we’ll commit to getting you there.

  • No person shall be admitted into an active Personal or Private Training Session seven (7) minutes after any Session has started and will be asked to reschedule for a later time.

  • Any Personal Training Session may be canceled or rescheduled without a $30 “late-cancel / no-show” fee when canceled no later than eight (8) hours before any pre-scheduled session.

  • Personal Training Memberships may be put on hold without fee or penalty for a period of no less than seven (7) days and no more than ninety (90) days with at least 72 hours prior to pause and must include a resume date.

    You can cancel your membership anytime with a 28-day written notice of cancellation.
