Congratulations on joining Sessions Personal Training! We’d like to make your experience with us as seamless as possible. To do that, we’d like you to have a firm grasp on the path we create for our members on their fitness journeys.
The first step is to provide you with a clear understanding as to what you can expect over the coming days, weeks, months, and even years. Here is exactly what to expect the moment after you join Sessions Personal Training.

Standards: A foundation of strength and conditioning that will enable you and your coaches to develop a personal training program that meets you where you are and takes you to where you want to be.
Once you have successfully worked your way through Standards, you will meet your coach one-on-one to establish a plan for your future with us during your first Strategy Session.

Your first 4-week microcycle is an opportunity for you to embrace new challenges while discovering areas where you can push yourself and areas where you need to focus on form and technique. It will incorporate variations in intensity, volume, and specific training modalities.
You should expect to experience an improvement in muscular strength and endurance, increased energy, and some slight changes to your overall body composition.

A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
Sessions Personal Training couldn’t exist without the support of members like you. It took me TEN YEARS of personal and group training to finally open my first gym. Sessions Personal Training has been and will continue to be a labor of the same love, grit, and sweat that you are about to put into your body every time you step foot in our doors
My first training business operated out of a 350-square-foot garage in my backyard. My goal with Sessions Personal Training is to provide you with the same feeling my garage gym clients received upon entering my home gym: That feeling that you are heard, that you are seen, and that you belong.
Our aim is to provide you with the best personal training product and service you will ever receive and the only way we can continue to do that is with your support and feedback. I have an open-door policy when it comes to communication so for any and all things Sessions Personal Training related, please shoot me an email to evan@sessionspt.com.

Please see Personal Training Memberships below for the amount of guest passes available with your membership. If you believe your friend may be interested in joining Sessions Personal Training, we will provide them with a free trial week! As we do not permit unscheduled drop-ins, please speak with a Coach or Membership Service Advisor to get your referral scheduled for their first session.
LATE FEES
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE AN 8-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Any Personal Training Session may be cancelled or rescheduled without fee or penalty when cancelled no later than eight (8) hours before any pre-scheduled session.
Any Personal Training Session canceled inside of an 8-hour cancellation window - or any pre-scheduled and later missed or unattended Personal Training Session (no-show) - shall incur a $30 “late-cancel / no-show” fee. The missed Personal Training Session shall remain in your account for later utilization.
While all cancellations and reschedules may be performed within your app, any late cancellations and/or reschedules (inside an 8-hour cancellation window) performed within the app will automatically incur a $30 late-cancel / no-show fee. Please call your studio for assistance with canceling or rescheduling during an emergency.
Reschedule requests without penalty and/or refunds for late cancellation fees are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of your Sessions Personal Training Studio Manager.
MEMBERSHIP UPDATES
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, & HOLDS
Membership Holds
Personal Training Memberships may be put on hold* without fee or penalty for a period of no less than seven (7) days and no more than ninety (90) days.
To request a Membership Hold:
Email support@sessionspt.com with the subject line “Membership Hold”
Include the date you would like your membership to pause and your intended resume date
All Membership Hold Requests must be submitted by email at least 72 hours prior to pause and must include a resume date.
Any Membership Hold Requests longer than 90 days shall be considered a cancellation and member may forfeit their current rate for services rendered.
*Reserved Gym Memberships and Private Training Packages shall not be put on hold
Membership Cancellations
Personal Training Memberships may be cancelled at any time with a 28-day written notice of cancellation.
In order to initiate a Membership Cancellation:
Email support@sessionspt.com with the subject line “Notice of Cancellation”
Include the intended date of your cancellation
Once Membership Cancellation has been received, members must schedule and perform an Exit Interview with a Studio Manager or Head Coach to process cancellation.
Any cancellation request received within 28 days of your next billing period will incur one additional & final billing period, including membership cancellations submitted during a membership hold period.
No refunds or partial refunds may be provided for any unused time or services.
BILLING
Billing inquiries, membership questions (including holds and cancellations), low-priority items, and other long-form questions or requests are consolidated as quickly as possible and should be communicated to us via email support@sessionspt.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. The purchase of any items (including products, merchandise, supplements, etc.) will be charged to the credit card we have on file unless otherwise advised.
Rollovers
Personal training memberships are billed on a calendar basis and not a “use-by” basis. This means that any personal training sessions not utilized during your membership period shall be forfeited and not “rolled over” into the next billing period.
Rollover sessions - sessions provided to you in the event of a missed session during your billing period - are not guaranteed and shall only be considered on a case-by-case basis. Rollover sessions shall not be provided to members after a period of their membership cancellation.
HYGEINE
Personal Hygiene
You’re in a gym. You’re going to sweat. You’re going to stink. It’s okay. We still ask that all members wear a shirt (sports bra ok) and throw on some deodorant before training. All Sessions Personal Training studios are outfitted with personal hygiene products for your stink-free utilization.
We also require that any members intent on training “barefoot” wear socks while on the gym floor.
Facility Hygiene
In the gym, please wipe down and replace your equipment after use. Chalk is not allowed.
Please treat our amenities with as much (or more) care than you do at your home. If we are short of or missing any amenities, please inform a Sessions Personal Training Team Member as soon as possible so that we may replace it for you.
Timeliness
Personal Training & Private Training Sessions
All services provided by Sessions Personal Training require the punctuality of both coaches and members in order to make the most of your time here. Therefore, no person shall be admitted into an active Personal or Private Training Session seven (7) minutes after any Session has started and will be asked to reschedule for a later time.
Reserved Gym
Members may spend as much time as they like utilizing our facilities during reserved gym hours under the following conditions:
Member reserves their space for any / all hours in gym
Member does not enter during an active Personal Training Session
Member exits the gym no less than five (5) minutes before the start of a Personal Training Session

In fact, we are one of the first gyms with coaches who have completed Precision Nutrition’s Stress, Sleep, and Recovery Certification. We are proud to share healthy lifestyle education using materials sourced from the American Sleep Association, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
